You can use your laptop to change your mobile phone's ring tones and pictures in addition to transfer files. 

You have to make sure your laptop has Bluetooth and pair it with your mobile, then follow the steps below.

1.  Right click on the ring tones or pictures in your computer and choose send->Bluetooth->name of your mobile.

2.  Your computer will find your mobile soon and transfer the ring tones or pictures to your mobile quickly; it depends on the size of the file being transferred.

3.  When the file has been transferred to your mobile, you can set it as your ring tone.
